Social Platform Export: Direct Share from Bitcut

After exporting, your video is saved to the Camera Roll. From there you can upload it to any platform, or use the share sheet to send it directly to a specific app.

Using the Share Sheet

When export finishes, tap Share to open the system share sheet. This lets you send the video directly to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other installed app — no need to open the app separately and browse your Camera Roll.

Instagram Reels

  • Export in 9:16 vertical aspect ratio for full-screen Reels.
  • Keep videos under 90 seconds for Reels (up to 15 minutes supported but shorter performs better).
  • Burned subtitles are recommended — Instagram's auto-captions are less reliable than your styled subtitles.

TikTok

  • Use 9:16 vertical format.
  • Videos up to 10 minutes are supported; under 60 seconds gets the most reach.
  • TikTok compresses uploads aggressively — exporting at 1080p gives the platform enough quality to work with.

YouTube & YouTube Shorts

  • For Shorts: export in 9:16 vertical, under 60 seconds.
  • For regular YouTube videos: export in 16:9 horizontal.
  • YouTube supports up to 4K, so use the Standard preset for maximum quality if your source allows it.
Multiple formats: You can export the same project multiple times with different aspect ratios. Create a vertical Short and a horizontal YouTube version from one edit.
