Mobile-Friendly Web Portal: Browser-Based Video Playback

When you publish a project to Bitcut Cloud, you get a unique web portal URL. Anyone with the link can watch your shorts in a browser — on phone, tablet, or desktop. No app download or account is needed.

What Viewers See

The portal page displays all published shorts from the project in a clean, mobile-friendly layout:

  • Video player with standard playback controls
  • All shorts from the project listed in order
  • Works on any device with a modern web browser

Viewers can watch, pause, scrub, and switch between shorts. The experience is designed to work well on mobile screens where most short-form video is consumed.

After publishing, copy the portal URL from the publish sheet. You can share it via:

  • Messaging apps (iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram)
  • Email
  • Social media posts or bios
  • Any other channel — it is a standard web URL
Link stays active as long as the project remains published. If you delete the published project, the link stops working. See Deleting Published Shorts.

Subtitle Review

The portal also supports subtitle editing. If you enable this feature, viewers or moderators can suggest text corrections directly on the page. Edits sync back to the Bitcut app for your review. For details, see Subtitle Review on Portal.
